Aquilyn
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 3, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of Aquilyn IPTV Player (“Aquilyn”, “we”, “our”, or “the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Aquilyn is an independent media player. It does not provide, host, sell, distribute, or include IPTV subscriptions, television channels, playlists, streams, films, series, or other media content.
1. Permitted use
You may use Aquilyn to access and play media sources that you are legally authorized to access. You are responsible for making sure that your use of any playlist, provider, stream, file, service, or media content complies with applicable law and the rights of content owners.
2. Your sources and credentials
Any M3U or M3U8 playlist, Xtream server address, EPG source, local file, username, password, or other connection information added to Aquilyn is supplied by you. You are responsible for the accuracy, security, and lawful use of those details.
Do not share provider credentials with others unless you are authorized to do so. Aquilyn cannot recover or reset credentials issued by a third-party provider.
3. No content or subscription service
Aquilyn does not operate an IPTV service, sell subscriptions, provide channels, supply playlists, host streams, or control the availability, quality, legality, or licensing of third-party media. Questions about a service, subscription, playlist, channel, guide data, or billing must be directed to the provider that supplied it.
4. Third-party services
Aquilyn may connect directly from your device to the providers, playlist hosts, artwork hosts, EPG hosts, or media services you choose. Those third parties are independent of Aquilyn and may have their own terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, and service limits.
Aquilyn is not responsible for third-party content, service interruptions, data practices, account actions, or changes made by those providers.
5. Advertising
The phone and tablet versions of Aquilyn may display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads in permitted areas of the app. The current Android TV and Android box interface does not initialize Google Mobile Ads or request AdMob advertisements.
For information about advertising-related data and privacy choices, see the Privacy Policy.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of Aquilyn when necessary. Device compatibility, provider compatibility, and feature availability may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to a third-party source or service.
7. Intellectual property
Aquilyn, its name, logo, website content, and app design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of Aquilyn or permission to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
Aquilyn is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every provider, playlist, stream, format, device, or feature will work in every situation.
To the extent permitted by law, Aquilyn is not liable for third-party content, provider actions, service outages, data loss, unauthorized use of your credentials, or losses arising from the use of third-party sources.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, legal requirements, or related services change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when a new version is published.
