Support for Aquilyn IPTV Player

Help with installing the app, adding your own media source, and understanding where Aquilyn support ends and your content provider’s support begins.

Aquilyn is a media player only. It does not sell or supply IPTV subscriptions, playlists, channels, movies, series, or streams.

For a subscription, playlist, username, password, server address, channel availability, or a billing question, contact the provider from whom you obtained that service.

Before you begin

You need one of the following from a provider or source that you are legally permitted to use:

  • An M3U or M3U8 playlist URL
  • An Xtream server address, username, and password
  • An EPG or XMLTV address, where your provider supplies one
  • A local playlist file that you selected on your device

Keep these details private. Aquilyn stores profile information on your device and does not operate an Aquilyn account, cloud profile, or playlist service.

Adding a playlist or service

M3U or M3U8

  1. Open Aquilyn and choose to add a profile.
  2. Select the playlist option.
  3. Enter the playlist URL supplied by your provider, or select your local playlist file.
  4. Give the profile a name and save it.

Xtream

  1. Open Aquilyn and choose to add a profile.
  2. Select the Xtream option.
  3. Enter the server URL, username, and password exactly as supplied by your provider.
  4. Save the profile, then allow the app to synchronize the available catalog.

Common questions

My profile cannot connect

Check the server address, username, password, and internet connection. If the same information does not work elsewhere, ask the provider who issued the details to confirm that the service is active and that the address is correct.

Channels, films, series, or EPG information are missing

The content shown by Aquilyn comes from the playlist or service you added. Availability, categories, artwork, and guide data are controlled by the provider or host of that source.

I forgot my provider login

Aquilyn cannot recover, reset, or view a provider password. Contact the provider that created the account or supplied the playlist.

Can Aquilyn give me a playlist or subscription?

No. Aquilyn does not provide media sources or content subscriptions. Use only sources and media that you are authorized to access.
